Essential oils are non-oily aromatic liquids occurring naturally in various parts of plants, herbs, flowers, fruits, woods and spices. They contain the life force of the plant and have the ability to strengthen our immune system and to stimulate our body’s natural healing abilities.
Diffusing and inhaling essential oils can greatly help in enhancing your emotional outlook and provide support and help balance your emotions during the day.
To combine the benefits of affirmations, colouring and aromatherapy, I designed my own colouring affirmation cards - that can be scented with a drop of essential oil chosen for its calming, uplifting or balancing properties, according to the need of the moment.
The essential oils should be placed on the drop on the card.
I had a lot of fun designing them and enjoyed some great distressing times colouring them!
