Subtle aromatherapy for psycho-emotional balance

subtle aromatherapy, aromatherapy treatments, essential oils, healing aromas
Use essential oils in a diffuser and aromatic baths for new vitality, joy of life, mental clarity and to defeat sadness and overwhelming negative thoughts.

The term Aromatherapy refers to the action produced by the use of essential oils on our physical, mental and emotional levels.
Subtle Aromatherapy in particular refers to the effect of essential oils on the psycho-emotional and spiritual levels.
Thanks to their ability to produce changes in the endocrine and nervous systems, and at the energy points, essential oils relax, balance, harmonize and clear our thoughts by bringing to the surface emotions, feelings and personal needs.

Subtle aromatherapy, aromatherapy, essential oils, healing aromas,

The olfactory path is in fact the most instinctive, the most ancient and unconscious of the body systems that brings us into direct contact with our inner self, awakening awareness and contact with the spiritual aspect of our life, whatever our believes might be.

Subtle Aromatherapy benefits
Through the olfactory system odors have immediate access to the brain, producing changes on the whole psycho-emotional system. Smell is a way of non-verbal communication, through which we communicate and perceive sensations, emotions, moods.
Essential oils, with their gentle but deep action, enable us to improve the quality of our life by reducing stress and promoting relaxation and inner calm.
You can  increase your level of concentration, mental clarity and reduce fatigue, anxiety and fear.

Subtle aromatherapy for your environment
The environment in which we live and work is very important for our well-being: it can infuse in us energy and positivity, or uneasiness and tension.
Smells influence us, even when we do not perceive them consciously, that is why we should always use oils with relaxing and invigorating effect  diffusing them or through direct inhalation.
To purify your home environment, you can use Rosemary or a blend of Sandalwood, Cypress and Lemon essential oils.
At your workplace to maintain a clear and rested mind, diffuse in the room a blend of rosemary, mint and clary sage  essential oils.

Subtle aromatherapy for times of trouble
When we go through a period of fatigue or emotional difficulty, essential oils can play a key role in helping us regain our lost balance, reactivating our physical, emotional and mental energy.
When we feel sad, heartbroken, and it is hard to start a new day it is highly beneficial to diffuse and put on our wrists and  solar plexus a blend of essential oils of Bergamot, Lime and Lavender.
The sparkling and invigorating scent of citrus fruits, combined with the calming and soothing scent of Lavender form a very powerful blend. This  blend is balancing and revitalizing, it removes tension and clears the mind of dark and negative thoughts.
When we are dealing with discouragement and pessimism  a blend of just citrus oils, such as Bergamot, Lime and Bitter Orange. These essential oils will illuminate the mind, bringing light and joy into your soul.
For spiritual growth and to facilitate introspection,  the best suited essential oils areNeroliVerbena, FrankincenseMelissa andSandalwood.
For tension and when you feel with a heavy heart diffuse a blend of 5 drops of Geranium, 5 drops of  Rosewoodand 5 drops of
Lavender.

The aromatic bath
In addition to using the essential oils in a diffuser and direct inhalation, the oils can be greatly beneficial when used in a hot bath.
Put  in a glass container a pound of coarse sea salt, add about 15 drops of essential oil, close well the lid and let the oils soak into the salt.
After filling the tub with hot water, add to it some salt infused with the essential oils and soak for about 20 minutes. Alternatively, mix 2 or 3 drops of essential oil (up to a maximum of 15 total drops) with two spoons of honey and dissolve into the hot water .
